Sheik Alhaji Mohammed Omodu Kamara, popularly known as Jagaban, visited the Kamajor Camp in the Upper Nyawa Section of Njalahun Chiefdom on Sunday, receiving an enthusiastic welcome from residents and party members.
The event, chaired by All People’s Congress (APC) District Chairman Ensah Jajuwa, brought together local leaders and party stakeholders.
Speaking on behalf of the Jagaban Movement, spokesman Gibril Kamara highlighted Kamara’s political consistency and called for vigilance against opportunistic politicians.
In his address, Kamara urged residents to reject unfulfilled promises from past leaders and outlined his vision for Sierra Leone’s development, including affordable and sustainable transportation projects. He cited international models, such as China, as examples of rapid progress.
Town Chief Kebriessen Karmoh Kanneh expressed support for Kamara’s candidacy as APC flagbearer, citing his record of development contributions. The program ended with a vote of thanks from APC District Chairlady Diana Kambeh Solo, who offered prayers for Kamara’s political journey.
